Our In-person private class blends floor, center, and barre exercises and is customized to your specific functional movement needs whether you wish to enhance posture, alignment, strength, speed, mobility, balance and flexibility. Sessions include a movement assessment, breathing exercises, dynamic warm-up, main exercise patterns and concludes with stretches and reverence. Location detailed will be sent out to you upon booking.

60-minute Online Tutorial BalletConnect Single Class for gym/studio owners

Pay as you Train for Gym/Studio Owners- $110 per class. This 60-mn virtual private session will set the expectations, targeted audience and level parameters to better design and choreograph your studio custom class to be created and sent to you within (1) week.
Gym and studio owners can attract new clients by offering a 60-minute BalletConnect instructor training class. This class will teach staff how to lead BalletConnect fitness classes, giving customers an exciting new fitness option.
Offer BalletConnect in your studio with a 60-minute class package, including a tutorial video, playlist, and printable cues. With unlimited access, teach on your schedule without extra fees. Perfect for Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Gym owners, the program features 96 classes across skill levels, helping you attract new clients and grow your business.

2-hour In-Person Introductory Workshop for gym/studio owners

For Boulder/Denver/Frisco, CO DFW, TX local area only.
Introduce your students to ballet fundamentals with a 2-hour workshop featuring a 30-minute overview of terminology and principles, followed by a 60-minute signature class. Ideal for cross-training, injury recovery, and all skill levels, the session concludes with an open Q&A and feedback discussion. This is a good way for gym and studio owners to evaluate the interest of their students in the BalletConnect class and program.

4-hour Workshop Virtual Instructors' Training workshop for gym/studio owners

Virtual training workshop for your instructors taught by Caroline - option for an in-person workshop for DFW Texas area, or Boulder/Denver/Frisco area, CO.

Designed for up to 6 instructors, this personalized workshop covers ballet fundamentals, terminology, technique, class structure, cueing, and musicality. Perfect for Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Gym instructors looking to integrate BalletConnect into their offerings, it concludes with a Q&A for tailored guidance.

All workshops to be scheduled on Saturdays afternoon availability from 1-5pm MDT.
